In enrolling for any ISNZ course, workshop, webinar (with the exception of Conference 2024) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • ISNZ reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements/programme content for any event/workshop as stated on isnz.org.nz either before or during the event/workshop, and to cancel or postpone an event/workshop.
  • In the event of cancellation by ISNZ a full registration refund will be given.
  • Unfortunately ISNZ is unable to refund any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
  • Once registered, workshop details will display in the Members’ Portal under ‘My account’.
  • Please contact info@isnz.org.nz if the confirmation email doesn’t arrive in your inbox.
  • Workshop cancellations must be received in writing at least five working days prior to the event. All cancellations will incur a $110 administration fee. No refunds will be given to cancellations received within five working days of an event. A substitute delegate may attend in your place.
  • Cancellation conditions for Conference 2024 will vary.
  • Refunds will be made by direct bank transfer even if you originally paid by credit card.
  • Overpayments will be issued with a coupon for the value of the overpayment. It is individuals’ responsibility to ensure they are registered under their school account before enrolling and that they are paying the appropriate fee.
  • Please note, when choosing the Direct Bank Transfer option, payment is due within seven days on receipt of the invoice, or immediately if it is within five days of the event. You invoice is available in ‘My account’ under ‘Orders’.
  • You give permission for ISNZ to share your name and email address with presenters and fellow delegates.
  • You give permission for ISNZ to take photographs at any workshop, or take screenshots of webinars for promotional purposes.
