Job Description
You will work alongside the Aquatic Centre and Turf Manager, providing exceptional administrative support. You will coach, lead, and train our swimming school instructors and pool staff. You will be versed in Health and Safety and understand the requirements around hygiene and maintenance. You’ll be working on a flexible full-time basis, 40 hrs/week or more including Saturday mornings.
• Flexible hours, including Saturday mornings in School Term time (7am to 1pm)
• School Holidays (Monday to Friday only, hours flexible)
Previous experience as a swimmer or water polo player is advantageous. School experience, managing a swim school or an aquatic centre is advantageous.
As a natural relationship builder, you will be easily able to move from the supervisory skills to dealing with all internal customer and external customer enquiries. Your natural flair with maintaining a website and maintaining the swim school payment system will ensure the swim school runs smoothly and allow a great experience for all.
You are there to support all instructors, assist with any concerns and ensure great outcomes are achieved.
