ISNZ Member Portal
If you work for a member of ISNZ, you may be entitled to register for, and obtain access to, the Member Portal. If you do sign up for the Member Portal, your use of the Member Portal will be subject to the Member Portal Terms of Use.

All intellectual property rights in the material and products on this Website, including the text, graphics, copyright works, trade mark and resources, is owned by us (or by third-party suppliers). We retain all intellectual property rights to such material and products. ISNZ Member Portal Terms of Use
If you wish to use the Member Portal, your use of the Member Portal will be subject to the following terms of use that will apply in addition to the Terms of Use set out above.
Application to join the ISNZ Member Portal
If you wish to become a member to use the Member Portal, you must complete the application to join by providing to us current, compete and accurate information as prompted by the request to join form.
You agree to keep your username and password confidential and you will be held responsible for all use of your account, username and password. If you believe that your username or password has been compromised, of if you believe that your account has been hacked or accessed by someone without your permission, you must contact us immediately and you should, as soon as reasonably possible, reset your password.
Your right to use Member Portal resources
You may access, view and print the resources on the Member Portal, provided that you only use that content for personal informational, non-commercial purposes, and any reproduction includes a prominent acknowledgement of our rights in the relevant content.
You agree not to distribute or reproduce the resources on the Member Portal to third parties.
Communication Functions on the Member Portal
We provide Live Feed, Group and Conversations functions (Communication Functions) on the Member Portal where user-generated content is created and published. You are solely responsible for all content published through the Communication Functions and agree to only use these Communication Functions for the permitted purposes of the Member Portal and in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that any content you publish through the Communication Functions may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by ISNZ. Additionally, you waive any rights you may have in preventing the material being altered or changed in a manner not acceptable to you.
ISNZ courses, events, workshops and webinars
If you register for any ISNZ course, event, workshop or webinar your registration details will display in the Member Portal under ‘My account’. Please contact info@isnz.org.nz if the confirmation email does not arrive in your inbox.
ISNZ reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements/programme content for any event/workshop either before or during the event/workshop, and to cancel or postpone an event/workshop.
Refund and cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by ISNZ a full registration refund will be given. Unfortunately, ISNZ is unable to refund any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
If you wish to cancel your registration for any ISNZ course, event, workshop or webinar your cancellation request must be received in writing at least five working days prior to the event. All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be given to cancellations received within five working days of an event. You may however nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place.
Refunds will be made by direct bank transfer even if you originally paid by credit card.
If you make any overpayment to ISNZ for any course, event, workshop or webinar, you will be issued with a coupon for the value of the overpayment. It is your responsibility to ensure you are registered under your school account before enrolling and that you are paying the appropriate fee.
Please note, when choosing the Pay Later payment option, payment is due within seven days of receipt of an invoice, or immediately if it is within five days of the course, event, workshop or webinar. Your invoice is available in ‘My Settings’ under ‘Payments’.
Use of your personal information at ISNZ courses, events, workshops and webinars
If you attend any ISNZ course, event, workshop or webinar, you give consent to ISNZ sharing your name and email address with presenters and fellow delegates.
ISNZ may also take photographs at ISNZ courses, events and, workshops and may also record or take screenshots during webinars for promotional purposes.
