Director of Business and Planning

This executive leadership role will see you managing multiple business units while guiding the school's campus development and strategic initiatives. 

You will:

• Lead a team of 8 across IT, Finance, Property, Shop, and Aquatic Centre
• Drive the implementation of the Campus Development Master Plan
• Have extensive contractor management skills and oversight of the consent process
• Conduct Feasibility Studies and develop business plans for all new initiatives
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement, insurance, and compliance
• Report directly to the Principal as a key member of the Executive Team
• Own and contribute to positive stakeholder management both internally and externally

You will have:

• Strategic thinking with proven leadership capabilities
• Strong team management skills, engendering a positive and proactive culture within Business and Planning
• Strong project management skills and financial acumen
• Experience in property management and information systems and a business degree or equivalent qualification are required for this role.
