As Director of Recruitment and People, you will drive our people agenda, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while building a positive and engaging workplace that reflects our Anglican values and educational mission.
You will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the DIO Employee Value Proposition
- Create innovative approaches to talent acquisition and development (with future proof planning)
- Work closely with the Leadership team, shape our employee experience
- Drive and enable leadership development across Teachers and Support Staff
- Contribute to strategic decision-making You will bring: Strategic HR Management experience
- Have the ability to manage direct reports to ensure the best possible service to the wider School and School Community
- Have a sound understanding of Employment Law and willingness to be proactive across all current legislative changes
- Experience with a wide range of IT platforms and programmes
- A proven track record in building strong internal stakeholder relationships with a diplomatic and analytical style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tertiary qualification in HR or business
- Understanding of and respect for Anglican values in education We Offer:
