Kristin School is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school on Auckland’s North Shore. It provides education for more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13, with dual pathways through NCEA and the International Baccalaureate programme. We seek an innovative leader to develop a shared vision and define a multi-year strategic plan for an aspirational and comprehensive integration of technology to enhance student learning outcomes. This person will lead a team with a focus on building the capacity of teaching staff in the area of technology to optimise, enhance and transform teaching and learning. As a change champion, this person will stay abreast of emerging education technology trends and seek to review the effectiveness of digital technologies across the school continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of a digital strategy
• Keep Kristin at the ‘leading edge” with innovative digital solutions
• Provide support and guidance to teachers to provide consistency
• Monitor the effectiveness of technology to enhance student learning
• Ensure professional development is provided as needed
• Champion change and drive for excellence across the School.
