Job Description
We are looking for someone who has experience with events support, communications, and user support. The go-to person for maintenance of technology, infrastructure and systems, and upgrades and projects, as they relate to property, events, and buildings. Would you like to work with a fun team of professionals where no two days are the same?
You will have:
• Experience with contractor relationships and the management of an internal ticketing system
• An ability to seek efficiencies and cost savings by constantly reviewing all systems and job orders
• Current experience with invoicing and coordination of suppliers and contractors
• Preferably a degree or certification related to property or Technology
• Proficiency in computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with a ticket system (such as Zendesk) would be helpful. Experience with project management software such as MS Project would be useful, but training can be provided.
A demonstrated capacity to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour is essential.
Most of all, we are looking for someone who loves detail, is super-organised, and likes keeping everything ship-shape.
This is a great role for an experienced ISS IT Support Desk Administrator to step up to. You could already be in the property sector, at an engineering consultancy or working in an operational IT role.
