St Mark’s School is a co-educational independent Anglican School with children from Preschool to Year 8. Based in Wellington, we teach the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and St Mark’s is a registered IB World School.
We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Spanish teacher (0.6 position) to join our staff team from the beginning of Term 1, 2025. We would be delighted to hear from applicants who have the proven ability and experience to organise, lead and teach our outstanding school-wide Spanish programme. Spanish is taught from Year 1 through to the Year 8 level. Applicants should have strong pastoral care skills, a passion for collaboration and teaching in a co-educational environment. You will also be supportive of our special character and being involved in our extra-curricular programmes. Prior knowledge of IB PYP is not required or essential as PD will be provided. The successful applicant would be expected to contribute to our wider school life in the classroom and extra-curricular activities.
