Brand Refresh

A brand refresh isn’t just cosmetic – it’s a strategic investment aimed at yielding significant benefits. The ISNZ Board felt that the time was right to evaluate and refresh our brand; ensuring we stay relevant, memorable, and impactful.

The time was considered right because the existing brand image had been around for more than a decade and a lot has changed in our sector in that time. Handing the baton of leadership from Deborah James to Guy Pascoe, a refreshed strategy, a change in government and the longer-term evolution in education policy and practice, and the expansion of ISNZ’s services to its members, have all contributed to making this the opportune time to refresh the brand.

As we move to establish partnerships in continuing professional development services, expand the online opportunities to network and engage with colleagues and sponsors, and extend our advocacy role, we feel a clean, uncomplicated brand is important. We have considered a brand that complements and supports our schools’ own branding but does not conflict with it.

You will see the new branding in our e-Newsletters, reports and correspondence and over the coming months in the new website. The new website has different functionality from our previous separate membership site and more guidance around that will be released soon. We will be sharing our logo to member schools in the coming weeks so that they can incorporate this into their websites and print collateral.
