As we wrap up 2024, the TourTime team are delighted to reflect on a busy and successful year touring more than 50 school groups all over the world. Tours have included hockey to Singapore and Malaysia, classics to Greece and Italy, basketball to LA, cricket to the UK and Australia, performing arts to New York and LA, and choir to Europe, to name a few.
2024 has also seen great success for our Managing Director Brent Imrie who has been appointed as Vice President of the Student & Youth Travel Association (SYTA), the largest student and youth travel association in the world. He is also on the Health and Safety Committee, helping create a global Health and Safety standard through being a CSTO (Certified Student Tour Operator) with SYTA.
Our team has doubled in size to meet increasing demand for tours from schools who are determined to only use a reputable, TAANZ financially bonded and licensed tour company such as Tour Time. It is heartening to see more schools taking heed of the Ministry of Education Best Practice Guidelines for overseas travel.
Looking ahead to 2025, we have exciting exclusive partnerships that bring fantastic new tour opportunities, including STEAM tours with the Kennedy Space Center International Space Academy (KSCIA) and Space Trek!
