The 2024 ISNZ Honours Awards were presented recently in Christchurch, at the ISNZ Conference dinner. This annual event, sponsored by Cambridge, is dedicated to celebrating the very best in innovation and excellence within our Independent Schools network. It was a glamorous and memorable evening with everyone on the edge of their seats, waiting for the winners to be called up to receive their awards.
These awards are unique in their inclusiveness, recognising the wide range of roles that contribute to the ongoing success of our Independent Schools. From classroom teachers to administrative staff, from Heads of Departments to pastoral care leaders, everyone plays a crucial part in ensuring that our students not only meet but exceed expectations. The ISNZ Honours Awards proudly reflect this diversity and commitment.
We are celebrating individuals who consistently show outstanding leadership. Award winners are the people who foster effective learning environments, inspiring not just students but also their colleagues and the broader school community. They are the ones who continually raise the bar, working towards a culture of inclusion, high expectations, and success for all.
Guy Pascoe, Chief Executive, ISNZ, "It is amazing to see the range of roles being honoured – it truly takes a whole team to educate our future."
